Forever J

Forever J was my first boat - a 1937. A Brooke’s 20ft slipper launch (one of only 9 believed to have been built) being used to patrol the inland waterways during the war.

Originally purchased in 2014 and restored by Golding Bros., she is now owned by my father-in-law, so at least it’s still within the family.

This stunning launch always attracts a lot of interest at the Henley traditional boat festival where it has won numerous prizes over the years.
